Tyrone Louw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tyrone'smost recent position is as a Senior Analyst in Responsible Investments at Aware Super, which they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AustralianSuper as a Senior Analyst in Portfolio Governance & Insights from January 2021 to June 2022.

Before their time at AustralianSuper, Tyrone held a Senior Investment Analyst role at Willis Towers Watson from August 2019 to December 2020. In this position, they had a multi-faceted role that involved investment consulting, sustainability, and assistant portfolio management.

Following this, they enrolled at Monash University from 2009 to 2010 to study Econometrics and Mathematical Statistics for their Bachelor's Degree. Tyrone then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of Melbourne from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they also attended the Center for Transnational Legal Studies briefly. Continuing their education, Tyrone obtained an Honours in Econometrics from Monash University in 2015-2016. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued further specialization in Actuarial studies at the Actuaries Institute, becoming an AIAA (Associate of the Institute Actuaries Australia).
