Wei-Ting Pan

Wei-Ting Pan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. They began their career as a University Tutor and Research Assistant at UTS: University of Technology Sydney from 2013 to 2016. Following that, Pan joined Equipsuper as a Graduate, participating in various activities related to data analytics and investments. In 2016, Pan became a Quantitative Analyst at Equipsuper, where they provided data support, conducted analysis for portfolio construction, and supported performance analysis of external fund managers.

In 2018, Pan moved on to Mine Super, where they initially served as a Quantitative Analyst (Asset Allocation) until 2020. During this time, they contributed to decision-making capabilities, conducted modeling and analytics, and developed return attribution and risk management system capabilities. Pan then took on the role of Senior Quantitative Analyst - Investment Strategy, responsible for investment strategy until 2023.

Currently, Pan is working at Aware Super as an Invesment Analyst starting in 2023.
