Yilan Zhou

Yilan Zhou has a strong background in finance and investment management, with experience spanning over 18 years. Yilan'smost recent role as an Analyst at Aware Super began in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RBC Investor & Treasury Services as a Senior Analyst in Risk and Investment Analytics from October 2020 to December 2021. During this time, they managed performance attribution and post-trade compliance reporting for large investment managers, facing challenges due to the COVID pandemic and the transition of the RBC custody business to Citi. Yilan also held a position at Whitehelm Capital as an Associate from September 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they worked closely with asset managers and the investment advisory team, managing the investment performance database and servicing superannuation fund clients. Yilan Zhou's education history includes a Master's Degree in Master of Commerce with a specialization in Funds Management, which they pursued from 2004 to 2005 at UNSW.
