Jens Hube

Jens Hube is a seasoned professional in the field of computer vision and biometric algorithms, currently serving as Chief Research Scientist at Aware, Inc. since 2013, specializing in recognition and liveness verification using TensorFlow, Python, and C++. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, LLC, where multithreaded messaging services were developed for proprietary peer-to-peer networks. From 2000 to 2012, Jens held the position of Senior Principal Research Scientist at MorphoTrust ™ USA, contributing significantly to biometric identification systems, algorithm development, and research management. Additional experience includes the role of VP/Quantitative Analyst at MIAC, where complex financial models were implemented in C++, along with teaching physics at The Pennsylvania State University. Jens holds an MS in Physics from Penn State University and a BA in Physics from Wesleyan University.
