Melanie May

Melanie May has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Catering Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Melanie then became an Undergraduate Researcher in 2015 while still working as a Catering Assistant until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Chef Intern at Our Lady of Mercy Country Home from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to a Retail Associate position at Christopher Elbow Chocolates until 2018. In the same year, they worked as a Homemaker at the Norterre Healthy Living Community. Most recently, they have held Quality Assurance Engineer roles at both aware3 and Nelnet Community Engagement since 2018.

Melanie May attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2013 to 2017. Melanie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Dietetics/Dietitian during this time.
