Jillian Zagor serves as a Senior Director of Corporate Development, Product Strategy & Merchandising at Away, focusing on strategic growth priorities and profitable growth through data-driven insights. With a diverse background in retail and merchandising, Jillian has held key positions at companies such as Theory, Ralph Lauren, Cole Haan, and Coach, leading transformative initiatives in omnichannel strategies and brand revitalization. In addition, Jillian is a Founding Member of the co-lab, a global networking community, and a Council Member at GLG, contributing to professional learning within the industry. Jillian holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business and a BS from Cornell University in Textile and Apparel Management.
