Andy MacGilvery

Andy MacGilvery has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Group Director of Engineering at Awaze since December 2020. Prior to this role, Andy was Director of Engineering at Booking.com from June 2018 to December 2020 and held various engineering management positions at BookingGo, Rentalcars.com, and Ocado Technology, where responsibilities included Development Manager roles and team leadership. Earlier career experiences also include positions at Betfair and GSK, where Andy took on roles ranging from Development Manager to Technical Lead. Andy holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bradford and has education from The University of Manchester.
