Richard Scales

Richard Scales is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the travel and tourism industry. Currently, Richard serves as the Group Head of FP&A at Awaze, where responsibilities include the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and PBCS and the design of a centralized group chart of accounts. Previous roles include Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Wyndham Destinations, where Richard managed bi-monthly P&L forecasting and strategic planning, and FP&A Manager at Wyndham Worldwide, focusing on cashflow forecasting and capital planning. Richard's career also encompasses positions at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. as Financial Controller, overseeing finance functions in the AsiaPac region, and various roles at McKesson UK, where Richard handled commercial accounting and finance management.
