Ryan Blair is a Senior Designer at AWC Solutions since January 2022, specializing in industrial process solutions across various sectors including oil and gas, mining, and chemical industries. Previously, Ryan held the position of Mechanical Design Technologist at AIP Industries Inc, focusing on machine design for alternate energy and cleantech sectors. A significant portion of Ryan's career was spent at Evraz Inc NA as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist from 2010 to 2020, where notable achievements included streamlining procedures using 3D printing, implementing cost-saving material handling solutions, and developing new CAD drafting standards. Early career experiences include roles as a Designer at Krann Engineering and a Summer Intern at T-Rex Industries. Ryan holds a Diploma of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
