Moreen Medallo

Moreen Medallo is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as an Operations Coordinator at AWE since July 2022 and a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Dewberry Charleston since May 2021, Moreen has developed a strong skill set in coordinating operations and supervising dining services. Previous roles include a Food and Beverage Intern at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Manager and Marketer at Littlexhumancrochets, showcasing versatility in both food service and marketing. Earlier experience at MGM Resorts International included positions as a Model Pool Server and Model Cocktail Server, while additional experience at Stratosphere Tower Casino involved similar responsibilities as a Model Pool Server. Moreen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in 2021.
