Andy Solman is a seasoned Project Delivery and change professional, currently serving as the Director of P3M at AWE. Previously, they held several significant roles within the UK Ministry of Defence, including Head of the Project Delivery Centre of Excellence, where they led improvements for approximately 6,000 project delivery professionals managing over £238 billion in defence projects. With a background in modelling and simulation, Andy has successfully led numerous defence science and technology initiatives and operational response programmes, including a notable COVID-19 operational response, providing over £10 million of scientific support.
