Shane Harris

Shane Harris is an experienced project manager with a strong focus on the nuclear sector and a diversified background in project and programme management across various industries. Currently self-employed as a project manager for a nuclear license site, Shane previously led mechanical and electrical projects at NSG Environmental Ltd, ensuring compliance with NEC4 contract conditions. Shane has held senior roles in project management at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and Kier Group, where responsibilities included P&L accountability and stakeholder management. Additional experience includes program management at Interserve, overseeing a significant portfolio at Carillion, and roles in commercial contract management and building services.
