AWEN is owned by Claire Gannon, an independent advisor who offers wide-ranging support to individuals, teams and companies of all sizes.  With more than 25 years of experience working in fast changing and transforming organizations, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge and know how to companies who are driving change or transformation, deploying new initiatives or simply defining new ways forward and reestablishing focus.  Claire’s background ranges from experience in Irish indigenous startups to billion-euro multinationals. 

Claire has operated at Executive Level for more than 15 years, leading Human Resources teams in Ireland and across the globe.  In recent years her interests and training have expanded in to the area of Business Sustainability Management.
