Matt Shuba

Matt Shuba is a seasoned professional in architecture and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Architect and Director of Studio Architecture at Awen Solutions Group since March 2019. Previously, Matt held the position of Communications Director at AIA Northern Virginia from November 2005 to December 2023, and served as Director of Studio Architecture and Senior Project Architect at Concourse Federal Group from February 2019 to January 2021. Additional experience includes roles at ROKK architecture, pllc as an Architect, Davis Carter Scott as a Project Architect, and KGD Architecture as an Architectural Project Designer. Early in the career, experience included positions at Noritake Associates as an Architectural Intern and Business Development Manager. Matt holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Neurobiology from the University of Pennsylvania.
