Rich Creagh

Rich Creagh, PMP, CLSSMBB, serves as the President and CEO of Awen Solutions Group since January 2018, overseeing daily operations and providing process improvement solutions. As a member of the National Small Business Association Leadership Council since August 2019, Rich focuses on advocating for small businesses and facilitating networking among key stakeholders. Rich has an extensive military background with the US Army National Guard Bureau, holding roles such as Action Officer and Executive Officer to the Command Chief Warrant Officer, in addition to management positions in human resources supporting over 2,500 reserve component soldiers. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University and continues education with courses at National Defense University and the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies.
