Shyanne Zerpa

Shyanne Zerpa is an experienced proposal manager at Awen Solutions Group, responsible for identifying opportunities and developing over 75 proposals annually for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business projects. Previously, Shyanne held the role of assistant general manager at The Belmont LLC, overseeing operations during the pandemic and implementing marketing strategies. With extensive experience as a department manager at The Old Spaghetti Factory, Shyanne contributed to the opening of four new locations and conducted extensive employee training. Additional roles include case manager and child support specialist at Community Outreach, Inc., and treatment aide at Milestones Family Recovery, demonstrating a strong commitment to community support. Shyanne also gained early experience as an intern at CASA of Linn County, focusing on social media campaigns and promotional materials. Shyanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University.
