Jim Mitchell

Jim Mitchell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including technology and consumer products. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Awesome CX since November 2020, Jim focuses on transforming customer experiences for startups, scale-ups, and hyper-growth companies through innovative BPO strategies. As the Founder and President of SKL Partners, Jim advises C-level executives and has held significant interim roles that include strategic growth advising for Victury Sports and senior vice president at Five Currents. Previous positions include General Manager and Vice President of the Nabi Division at Mattel, and CEO of Fuhu Inc., where Jim revolutionized children's tablet technology. Jim's career began at Accenture, where insights on performance and growth strategies were provided to Fortune 100 technology companies. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Purdue University.
