Tom Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles within the hospitality and marketing industry. Tom is currently the Executive Director of Business Development at Awestruck, a media brand and digital marketing agency focused on implementing creative digital, social, and OTT strategies for clients in the travel, tourism, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. Prior to Awestruck, Tom served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Aimbridge Hospitality and Two Roads Hospitality. Tom also held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company. Before that, Tom gained experience as a Senior Sales Manager at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa and as a Director of Sales and Marketing at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Tom began their career as a Sales and Promotions Manager at Smugglers' Notch Resort and later worked as a Team Leader at Global Partnerships.
Tom Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from North Park University between 2006 and 2009. Tom then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Champlain College, which they completed between 2015 and 2016.
