For over two decades, Amber Brethouwer has helped dozens of customers improve service quality and profitability. Working with top insurance customers like Nationwide, Lincoln Financial, Fidelity & Guaranty Life, MetLife, Genworth, AFLAC, Prudential, Standard Insurance Company and American General, her experience reaches across individual, retail, direct, and employee benefits business segments. In 2016, Amber joined ReSource Pro as a Senior Client Advisor and soon rose to Assistant Vice President of Client Development and later Vice President of Business Development. She brings an operations-first approach to helping our strategic customers to grow profitably. Under her leadership, the sales team has more than doubled. Prior to ReSource Pro, Amber worked at Dell serving as Delivery Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Program Manager, and later as a Senior Client Executive for 10 years. She was recognized numerous times as Dell Sales Maker of the year in 2012 and 2014, and Client Executive of the Year in 2009, 2010, and 2012. At ReSource Pro, Amber brings an operations-first approach to helping our strategic customers to grow profitably. She resides in Lincoln, NE, with her husband and daughter.
