Ben McDonie

Ben McDonie is a Principal Software Engineer at Awetomaton, Ltd. since July 2021, previously serving as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Integrity Applications Incorporated from July 2014 to July 2021. During this time, Ben provided technical leadership and managed a team of engineers while contributing to business development efforts. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Illumination Works, where Ben led teams to create web-based software for federal clients, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Ultra Electronics - ProLogic, where significant contributions were made to various Department of Defense projects. Ben also taught Computer Science and Engineering courses as an Adjunct Professor at Wright State University and has held previous positions, including J2EE Developer at Nationwide Insurance and Engineering Co-op at Air Force Research Laboratory. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, all from Wright State University.
