Charu Singh has over 17 years of experience in human resources, with a specialization in enhancing employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited. Charu is skilled in effective communication, organization, and conflict resolution, and has a passion for attracting, empowering, nurturing, and developing people. Charu is proficient at managing multiple teams and creating policies and systems that positively impact employee morale and productivity. Prior to their current role, they held various managerial positions at Nelson, NCUBE Design, Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited, Surya Pharmaceutical Limited, Marion Biotech Pvt Ltd, Auriga Research Limited, Arbro Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Dexter Laboratories Pvt Ltd, and Aakash IIT-JEE.

Charu Singh completed their eMDP in HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an MDBA in Human Resources & Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2001 to 2003. Charu also obtained a PG Dip in HR from AIMA in 2000 and a B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from Delhi University from 1996 to 1999. Charu completed their 10+2 from Army Public School from 1985 to 1996.
