Sheen Skaria

Sheen Skaria began their work experience in 2014 as an intern at Baker McKenzie, where they later held the role of Jr. Executive Assistant. In 2016, they joined Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited as an Executive Assistant and eventually progressed to the role of Sr. Executive Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Corporate Administration & Founder and CEO's Office at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited.

Sheen Skaria has a diverse education history. They started their education journey at the American International School Riyadh, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 2009 to 2012.

After high school, Sheen went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University, graduating in 2015.

In terms of their business education, Sheen has taken several programs and courses. They attended the Henley Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they earned an Executive MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

They also joined the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2020 for the program "Enhancing Leadership Capacities and Potential." Additionally, they studied "Leadership and Change Management" at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur during the same time.

In 2021, Sheen completed the "HR Analytics" program at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.

They later attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2019 for the "Management Development Programme."

Most recently, Sheen pursued Entrepreneurship education at the Harvard Business School Executive Education, specializing in Business Administration and Management in 2022-2023.

Apart from their formal education, Sheen has obtained numerous certifications, including "Modern Day Assistant" from Executive Support Media (2023), "Digital Transformation" from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (2022), "Mobile Journalism" from Mathrubhumi (2021), and "Frugal Innovation" from the Confederation of Indian Industry (2020), among others.
