Rick Schmittgen has a diverse work experience beginning in 1988. Rick served as the DP Manager at Manoir Electroalloys from November 1988 to January 1994. Rick then worked as a Senior Consultant at Computer Associates / LDA Systems from February 1994 to January 2004. Following that, Rick joined Cuyahoga County and held two roles: Information Systems Analyst from February 2004 to January 2019, and Manager Database Administration from January 2019 to September 2021.
