Chad Cooley is a co-founder and managing partner at AWH Partners since 2010. Chad also serves on the Board of Directors at Spire Hospitality since 2012. Prior to that, Chad was the Vice President at Related from 2002 to 2009. Chad holds a BA in Political Science from Colgate University, where Chad graduated in 2000. Chad attended Jesuit High School in Portland, OR.
