Chelsea Zonts

Chelsea Zonts has a diverse work experience. Chelsea started their career as an intern at Personnel World in 2014. In 2015, they joined Brembo North America as an Administrative Assistant and later became an HR Generalist. In 2020, they moved to Ascend Wellness Holdings and worked in various roles, including Human Resources and Regional Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Ascend Wellness Holdings.

Chelsea Zonts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Human Resources from Michigan State University in 2015. In 2017, they attended Spring Arbor University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management and Organizational Leadership in 2019. Prior to their time at Michigan State University, they attended Jackson College from 2010 to 2012. Chelsea Zonts is also certified as a Senior Certified Professional by SHRM, obtained in 2024.
