Lawrence Litt

Lawrence Litt has had a distinguished career in the field of tax and mergers & acquisitions. Lawrence is currently the Head of Tax at AWH since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions - Tax from October 2016 to March 2021. Before that, they were an M&A Tax Director at PwC LLP from September 2014 to November 2015. Lawrence also served as a Partner in Tax & Business Services at Marcum LLP from August 2012 to August 2014. Lawrence'sextensive experience began at KPMG LLP, where they held the position of Tax Managing Director from June 1996 to June 2012.

Lawrence Litt completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Lawrence first attended Harrison High School from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1996. Lawrence then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from NYU Stern School of Business between 1996 and 1999.
