David Alstatt

David Alstatt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple engineering roles. David served as the Director of Engineering at AWM Smart Shelf since September 2017. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Electrical Design Engineer at AirFixture, LLC for 10 years. During this time, they completed over 50 customized solutions and provided ongoing customer support. David also reviewed and approved project requirements for projects worth over $1 million. Before AirFixture, they held the position of Sr. Electrical Design Engineer at Selex ES Inc., where they designed modules to interface between systems and customers, ensuring flexibility and meeting specifications. David also worked as a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer at Martin Company - Electronics Engineering and Manufacturing, where they closely collaborated with customers to develop software and system specifications. David also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Texas Instruments, where they interfaced with customers and performed design and verification functions. David'searlier experience includes working as a Sr. Project Engineer at BFGOODRICH AEROSPACE - JCAIR TEST SYSTEMS, where they designed complex systems in FPGAs and PCBs and led the GPS constellation simulator project. David's career started as an Electrical Engineer at Wilcox Electric, where they designed and integrated subsystem PCBs and performed board-level debugging and testing.

David Alstatt obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kansas State University, where they attended from 1985 to 1990.
