Crislene Brito

Crislene Brito is a Child Care Specialist for Asylum Seekers at AWO Bundesverband e.V. since June 2023 and a Psychologist at Clínica Vivência entre Culturas since January 2022, focusing on the mental health of Brazilian migrants through online psychotherapy. Crislene has experience as a Clinical Psychologist in a University Extension Project, providing psychological counselling for migrants and refugees and supervising professionals who support refugee children. Previous roles include volunteer work aimed at assisting young teenage migrants, developing psychosocial interventions for asylum seekers, and conducting research on migration and mental health. Crislene holds a Master's degree in Migration and Intercultural Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
