Alina Kozitska

Alina Kozitska is an experienced project manager currently working at AWO International e.V. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alina gained valuable experience through various positions, including an internship at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and a research internship with UNDP Ukraine, focusing on digital transformation within NGOs. Alina has also volunteered at the Osnabrück Digital Week hackathon and interned at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where research in anti-corruption law was conducted. As a paralegal at NOBLES, Alina assisted with corporate law matters, while at American Councils for International Education, project implementation and stakeholder coordination were key responsibilities. Alina's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Management in Nonprofit Organizations from Fachhochschule Osnabrück and an LL.M. in Deutsches Recht from Universität Passau, complemented by degrees in International Law and International Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Ukraine Jobs, respectively.
