Erika Weaver

Erika Weaver has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Erika most recently served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Area Wide Protective (AWP) starting in 2022. Prior to that, Erika held the position of Controller at Wabtec Global Services from 2018 to 2022. Erika also worked as a Controller at Workhorse Rail, LLC from 2016 to 2017. Before transitioning into controller roles, Erika worked as an independent consultant from 2012 to 2016. Erika also held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at PittMoss, LLC from 2015 to 2016. Erika gained significant experience in the finance sector while working at Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International from 2007 to 2011, where they served as Finance Director and Senior Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Sony Pictures Television as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst from 2002 to 2007. Erika began their career as a Financial Analyst at Disney Consumer Products from 2000 to 2002.

Erika Weaver earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 2000. In 1997, Erika attended The Johns Hopkins University for engineering studies, though it is unclear if they completed a degree.
