Michael Shearer

Michael Shearer has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Michael is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at AWP Safety, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Shearer worked at Shearer's Snacks from 2010 to 2021, starting as the Senior Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President Human Resources in August 2018. Before joining Shearer's Snacks, they served as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Graco Children's Products from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, Shearer worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises from 1997 to 2005 as an Area Employee Relations Manager, where they developed and executed HR business plans for multiple facilities.

Michael Shearer attended Bowling Green State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources. Prior to their university education, they were a student at Revere High School, although specific dates and degrees are not available for this period.
