Stephan Kriesel

Stephan Kriesel is a seasoned advisor and consultant with extensive experience in strategic management, economic development, and sustainable initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and as a Senior Advisory Board Member at AWR Lloyd, Kriesel focuses on sustainability transitions in the Indo-Pacific region. With a role on the Advisory Board of The Club of Florence, Kriesel contributes to discussions on climate action and sustainable finance. Additionally, Kriesel serves as a member of the International Jury for the Deauville Green Awards and has been Managing Director at Leapfrog Advisory Group since 2016, specializing in sustainable economic development and government reform. Previous positions include Global Head at Tony Blair Associates and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Kriesel holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a PhD in Social Sciences from Heidelberg University, and has studied Documentary Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy.
