Brett Kohler

Brett Kohler has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2004 at Emerson Automation Solutions, they held various positions including Compensation Analyst, Sr Human Resources Analyst - HRIS, Global Mobility Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Director. In 2020, they joined Dura Supreme Cabinetry as a Human Resources Director before moving on to their current role as Vice President of Human Resources at AWT Labels & Packaging in 2022.

Brett Kohler attended Somerset High School but did not receive a degree from there. Brett then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, graduating in 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, Kohler obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2001 and 2003.
