Umair Safdar

Umair Safdar is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in transmission network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Transmission Network Engineer at AWTG Ltd since April 2016, Umair specializes in the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Radio Access Networks and IP Networks, including the configuration of NOKIA transmission nodes. Prior to this role, Umair worked at Myson Engineering Systems as a Transmission Planning and Implementation Engineer, where responsibilities included providing telecommunication solutions, and earlier as a Project Engineer. Additionally, Umair served as a Telecommunications Engineer at SunWiz, focusing on the installation and maintenance of 2G and 3G technology. Umair holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from the COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, completed in 2008.
