María Ignacia López Troncoso

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university professor teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
