Valentina Ventura

Valentina Ventura currently serves as the Head of Quality & Compliance at STAEDEAN since October 2023. Prior to this role, Valentina has held multiple positions at AX for Pharma 365 since October 2015, including Corporate Manager, Quality Manager, and Cyber Security Lead, where focus areas included compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and cybersecurity through CIS controls. Additionally, Valentina has experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner, coordinating HR and marketing activities. Valentina holds a Laurea Specialistica in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Project Management from Sole24ore - Business School, alongside a Laurea di primo livello in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
