Nicolas Bertin has extensive experience in project and service management, particularly in technical assistance and digital workplace environments. At AXA en France, from November 2019 to August 2023, Nicolas served as Responsable du Pôle Assistance Technique, overseeing support for approximately 20,000 users across multiple sites, and as Service Delivery Manager for the Digital Workplace, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
