Oscar Siu

Oscar Siu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and digital customer engagement. Currently serving as Senior Project Officer at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, Oscar leads the development and management of the customer app, Emma, overseeing agile project management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and stakeholder coordination. Prior to this, Oscar worked at Cathay Pacific Airways as a Digital Experience Executive, where responsibilities included leading the end-to-end development of digital products to enhance customer experience, as well as serving in various project coordination roles within the organization. Oscar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Birmingham City University.
