Nicola McGarrity has significant experience in customer service and workforce planning. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at AXA Insurance Company since August 2018, Nicola has also held roles including Workforce Analyst and Workforce Planner (seconded) within AXA since September 2006. Prior to this, Nicola was a Team Leader at Churchill Insurance from September 2002 to August 2006, and worked as a Customer Service Representative at BT from March 1981 to September 1994. Education was completed at Southlands Secondary.
