Chailai Hongladaromp

Chailai Hongladaromp has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Chailai most recently worked as the Chief People Officer at AXA Insurance Thailand since December 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Country Human Resources Manager at Mondelez International from May 2006 to December 2013. Chailai has also held positions such as Head – Reward & Operation at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai), Head of Human Resources at Alcatel (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at MULTI-CREDIT Corporation of Thailand PCL (MCC). Chailai began their career as a Senior Human Resources Officer at PTT Exploration & Production Public Company Limited and also worked as a Technical Assistant to District Engineer at Unocal Thailand, Limited. Throughout their career, Chailai has demonstrated expertise in human resources management and organizational development.

Chailai Hongladaromp has a diverse education history. In 1993, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sasin. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1987, Chailai attended Chulalongkorn University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French.

In addition to their formal education, Chailai has also pursued additional certifications. In May 2021, they completed certifications in Building Resilience, Executive Leadership, and The Five-Step Creative Process, all obtained from LinkedIn. In July 2020, they acquired a certification titled "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn as well.
