Tosapol Chaksri

Tosapol Chaksri is an experienced professional in the insurance and customer care sectors, currently serving as a Motor Claims Solution Executive at AXA Insurance Thailand since October 2021. Tosapol manages motor claims, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA), and provides support to foreign customers in Thailand. Prior experience includes working as an International Specialist at Cigna Thailand, focusing on group premium health insurance, and as an International Claim Assessor at Allianz Partners, where responsibilities included claims review and coordination with hospitals and brokers. Tosapol began a career in ground operations with Qatar Airways and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Rangsit University.
