Amit Singh

Amit Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in inclusion, diversity, and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement at AXA Investment Managers since July 2015. In conjunction with this role, Amit also fulfills the responsibilities of Senior HR Business Partner for the Americas, overseeing HR functions across six offices in the US and Mexico. Previously, Amit held several leadership positions at DHL, including Director of HR Performance & Talent Programs for Asia Pacific, where significant achievements included managing HR policies and frameworks across the region, leading talent management initiatives, and receiving accolades for health and wellbeing programs. Earlier, Amit contributed to AIESEC in various capacities, culminating as Global Vice President Exchange Development, where remarkable growth in global internships was achieved. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Panjab University.
