Kathryn McDonald

Kathryn McDonald (Mohan) is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in sustainable investing and asset management. Currently, Kathryn serves as Co-Founder and Head of Investments and Sustainability at Radiant Global Investors, a firm dedicated to next-generation ESG investment solutions. In addition to this role, Kathryn established Aquanos Collective and previously held the position of Head of Sustainable Investing at AXA Investment Managers, where oversight included ESG research and portfolio implementation. Kathryn's earlier career included a tenure at AXA Rosenberg Investment Management, where leadership roles encompassed Director of Investment Strategy and Portfolio Manager, focusing on sustainable and responsible investment practices. Kathryn holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Economics and Spanish from Willamette University.
