Shade Duffy

Shade Duffy has extensive experience in the finance and investment sector, currently serving as the Director of Impact Management and Head of Corporate Governance at AXA Investment Managers since July 2005. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Corporate Governance at Henderson Global Investors from 2003 to 2005 and serving as Deputy Manager of the Voting Issues Service at the National Association of Pension Funds from April 2000 to June 2003. Shade Duffy holds an LL.M in Law from Tulane University Law School, completed in 1997.
