Paola Bonfiglio has a strong background in customer operations and strategy, with over two decades of experience in various roles. Paola is currently the Head of Customer & Business Operations at AXA Italia since 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Customer Operations & Telesales AXA Italia from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for leading a digital transformation program, including operational models, change management, and AI + RPA services.
Before joining AXA Italia, Paola worked at AXA MPS as the Head of Smart Center & Customer Relationship Monitoring since 2014. Before that, they gained valuable experience at Accenture, where they held senior management positions in the areas of inclusion & diversity, strategy, and customer service. Paola also worked at Olivetti as a Functional Analyst & Project Manager and as a Researcher at Università La Sapienza.
Paola Bonfiglio attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 1989 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Ingegneria.
