Paolo Grasso

Head Of Customer Value Proposition - Retail at AXA Italia

Paolo Grasso has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Paolo began their career as a Life Insurance and Pension Advisor at ALLEANZA ASSICURAZIONI in 1997, where they worked until 2001. Paolo then joined UnipolRe as a Reinsurance Accountant from July 2001 to January 2002. In 2002, Paolo joined AXA MPS Financial DAC as a Life Administrator before moving on to become a Product Development Assistant Manager in 2003. Paolo later became a Product and Marketing Manager in 2004 and eventually took on the role of Head of Product, Marketing, and Distribution from September 2007 to April 2011. Paolo then joined AXA MPS as a Strategic Project Manager for Customer Service re-engineering from April 2011 to May 2012 and later became the Head of Customer Service from June 2012 to September 2014. From 2014 onwards, Paolo worked at AXA Italia, initially as a Program Manager for CRM Salesforce implementation from September 2014 to December 2018, and is currently positioned as the Head of Customer Value Proposition - Retail starting from January 2019.

Paolo Grasso attended Università degli Studi di Bergamo from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Economics and Commerce with a field of study in Financial Markets, Financial Institutions, and Marketing.
