Gildas Lunven

Gildas Lunven serves as General Counsel and Directeur Juridique at AXA Partners since May 2012, overseeing Corporate, M&A, Strategic Projects, Regulatory Governance, and International Partnerships while leading a team of lawyers in the Paris head office. Previously, Gildas held a similar role at AXA Assistance, managing legal, compliance, and data privacy matters with a team of seven lawyers and an international network in 34 countries. Gildas's extensive experience includes serving as General Counsel at Europ Assistance and Sephora (LVMH Group), as well as legal roles at LVMH, Bignon & Lebray, and Coudert Brothers. Gildas holds a PhD in commercial law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and an education from ESCP Business School and Prépa HEC Lycée Lakanal.
