Pierre-Emmanuel Lefebvre is the CEO and Global Head of Credit & Lifestyle Protection at AXA Partners, leading a business unit with nearly 1,000 employees across 20 countries, focusing on innovative protection and GAP solutions through a unique 'glocal' model. With a background in strategic and operational leadership, Pierre-Emmanuel has also held roles such as Global Business Transformation and Operations Director and CEO of AXA Partners France, driving the development of new insurance and assistance models enhanced by digital and data integration. Prior experience includes significant positions at Aviva, where Pierre-Emmanuel directed business development initiatives and transformation programs, and Barclays, where strategic growth and M&A management were key focuses. Pierre-Emmanuel holds a postgraduate degree in Strategy & Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Currently, Pierre-Emmanuel serves as a member of the Commission Entrepreneuriat at Mouvement des Entreprises de France.
