Carim Chenna

Carim Chenna is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance Strategy & Development at AXA Schweiz since August 2014. Responsibilities include operationalizing the finance vision and strategy, spearheading the "Digital Finance" initiative, and driving cultural change within the organization. Carim has also been instrumental in establishing an excellence committee across AXA CH, promoting investment control tools, and acting as a strategic partner for finance leadership. Prior roles include Specialist in Life & Savings, where Carim managed cross-divisional projects, and Call Agent at Rhyno Solutions GmbH. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from ZHAW School of Management and Law, complemented by a Federal VET Diploma in Information Technology.
