Kim Martin

Kim Martin has extensive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, and bankruptcy law. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at AXA XL since September 2018, Kim previously held the role of Compliance Administrator, Paralegal, and Executive Assistant to the Corporate Compliance Director at XL Catlin. Prior positions include Bankruptcy Paralegal at the Law Firm of Bendett & McHugh and Freelance/Virtual Bankruptcy Paralegal, providing support to attorneys in consumer bankruptcy cases. Kim’s career began as a Paralegal and Office Manager for Jeffrey R. Borak, Esq., with a focus on consumer bankruptcy, real estate, and personal injury. Kim holds a degree from Case Western Reserve University, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
